Give up? The answer is my mother. I don’t really have a better analogy to describe the effect you guys (and your cousins) have on your Halmoni. She goes completely bonkers. When you were infants, I’ve had to physically remove you from her grasp because you would be so over stimulated from her constant poking and kissing. But she means well. In fact, she does a lot better when she comes to visit. It could be that the catnip-like effect has worn off a little. But then again, it could be the fact that you can now run away from her .
I kinda miss these days. I really do. But the good news is, my brother and wife are expecting their third baby in august so I will be able to experience my mother losing her mind just one more time.
